Luminar installation instructions

1. You should remove the previous version using professional software, such as Revo Uninstaller PRO Iobit Uninstaller Professional YourUninstaller. Do not overwrite the new version of Luminar 4 or you will have trouble launching.

– Make sure that you have installed the latest.NET Framework as well as Visual C++ Redistributable packages on your computer.

2 – Open the host File (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc) and add the following lines (You can refer to the article How to fix errors that cannot save edits, copy to Hosts file )

Install the software by unzipping it.

Replace the “.dll file” in the installation directory.

If you are prompted, click Yes to proceed.

Use a firewall in order to block all connections, both incoming and outgoing.

Done.

If you do not block correctly, you may end up getting a trial expiration message. To fix this, delete the Luminar directory in the path below and reinstall Luminar.
